Refund Policy

AMS Talent Global is committed to providing professional recruitment, staffing, Employer of Record (EOR), payroll administration, contract staffing, immigration support, and workforce mobility services.

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted.

Service Fees

All fees charged by AMS Talent Global are outlined within applicable service agreements, contracts, quotations, or invoices issued to clients.

Recruitment Services

Recruitment fees are generally non-refundable once candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, or placement activities have commenced.

Any replacement guarantees shall be governed by the terms agreed within the applicable client agreement.

Employer of Record (EOR) Services

Payments made for Employer of Record, payroll management, onboarding, compliance administration, and workforce management services are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Immigration and Visa Services

Government fees, visa processing charges, legalization fees, translation costs, medical fees, and third-party expenses are non-refundable.

AMS Talent Global cannot guarantee visa approvals or immigration outcomes and shall not be responsible for decisions made by government authorities.

Contract Staffing Services

Payments made for contract staffing, mobilization, workforce deployment, logistics support, or onboarding services are non-refundable once service delivery has begun.

Cancellation Policy

Clients wishing to cancel services must submit written notice. Cancellation charges, administrative fees, or outstanding service fees may apply depending on the stage of service delivery.

Exceptional Refund Requests

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund remains solely at the discretion of AMS Talent Global.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 30 business days depending on payment method, banking institution, and payment processor timelines.

Limitation of Liability

AMS Talent Global shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, financial institutions, government agencies, or regulatory authorities.

Policy Updates

AMS Talent Global reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
